Meet others and get their advice about what to see and what to do in the area.   ***Hostel’s Events*** Soup Café and Lunch on every Friday Party, Movie Night, Darts, Card games, dinner, going out and more!   ***YHV’s project*** Yokohama Hostel Village(YHV) has organised projects to re-generate the local economy of the area, attracting more young people such as tourists and backpackers to the hostel by renovating old hostel rooms and improving the image of the Kotobuki district. The hostel used to be a day-labourers dormitory town and had become a backward area after the economic recession in the nineties. Our project aims to transform the Kotobuki district from being dependent on social insurance into a productive district that can even contribute economically.   Through our hostel visitors we intend to communicate our policy and projects for the revitalization of the Kotobuki district to people all over the world.   ***Rooms & Building*** *Room Size: 5 sq.m. *Atmosphere: Nostalgic Yokohama *Roof top garden - we sometimes have parties there. *Basic amenities: All rooms have standard with a TV, air conditioner, mini fridge, small table, clothes hanger *Shared facilities: Toilet, shower, water purifier *Paid facilities: Laundry (200yen), Drier (100yen) *Wireless Internet (not in rooms)   **Lounge** Internet :PC in the front office(Charge) Wireless network (Free) Rental Bicycles   Cancellation policy: Cancellation fees are based on the length of your intended stay.

1. Get off the train at JR Ishikawacho Station &quot,North gate&quot,
2. Exit North Gate through the ticket gate and then turn right.
3. Go straight to the first traffic light and then turn left.
4. Go through under an expressway and go straight about 300m
5. You can see &quot,ampm&quot, on your right and &quot,Lawson&quot, on your left side
6. Pass the side-road to a parking lot and continue straight
7. You can find Yokohama Hostel Village on your right side. You can see a blue sign board with &quot,Yokohama Hostel Village&quot,.(9:00~20:00)
