Guest Inn Kyoto is an affordable hostel with 'en-suite guest rooms' in a convenient location in Kyoto city. It is only 6min from JR Kyoto Station by bus or taxi. It offers simple, budget, friendly accommodation to all adventurous travellers. There is No Curfew!

The temple of the famous place is located near by, and also the old building of 300 years ago is located in 2 minutes from our shopping centre which is the oldest shopping centre in Kyoto. Samurai used to visit those places.

All the rooms are Japanese style, quaint, simple and clean. Tani, the owner of the house, takes you through a crash course for touring Kyoto upon check-in, he has full of information on where to visit in Kyoto.

Bicycles are available to rent out from the hostel. Renting a bike is very affordable and is only 700Yen per day. It works out very well and you will have a lot of fun with the freedom they provide. Kyoto is not a huge place so you'll be surprised at how quickly you can get around by bike. Umbrellas can be borrowed also when it rains.

Check-in is between 3PM and 11PM.
Please make sure to call us when you are arriving later than 11PM.
Check-out is 10AM.
We can keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

We accept a credit card, but if you want to pay for the credit card, we’ll take 5% commission.

Cancellation policy: We will charge 100% of the booking price about No Shows. On the day- 100%, the day before- 75%, 2 days before- 50%, 3 days before- 30%.

Wegbeschreibung

Guest Inn is located close to Nishi Hogan-Ji temple and can be reached easily by bus #206 from JR Kyoto Station, platform A3. Bus fare is 220yen. Please get off at the 4th stop (Shimabara-guchi bus stop). The bus will drop you off in front of a nice little bakery. Face the bakery and walk to your left. Turn right at the street corner.
