This is a very comfortable and charmingly styled one bedroom apartment in Venice. Suitable for two guests, this apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway and is situated on the ground floor of a building which is characteristic of the Venetian style. Here you will be located 2 minutes away from Tre Archi Bridge and from the waterbus stop as well is 10 minutes far from Strada nova, the main street to reach rialto and than san Marco square. This quite and bright apartment will make you enjoy the typical unique Venetian life style are.

Wichtige Hinweise

If cancelled 3 days before arrival is free of charge, otherwise the full amout will be charged, as well as for 'no shows'.   The check-in must be done at the central reception, in Rio Terà dei Pensieri 328.   The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 20 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro).

Before you can settle in to the apartment you will need to check in at the local office. Our address is Rio Terà dei pensieri 328, 30135 Venice.

How to reach the office from Piazzale Roma (bus station):

When you are on the “Piazzale Roma” square, look for the Hotel Sta. Chiara. Then head towars a yellow signboard which says 'S:Rocco –Frari Rialto' and then turn right ,and walk across a small bridge called Ponte Tre Ponti. This bridge will lead you to Cà Bernardo o Fondamenta di Tre Ponti. From here, walk on for about 50 meters and take the first street on your right which is called Rio Terà dei Pensieri. Our office is on the left side of the street and is number 328. Our doorbell 'Edis Real.' We are on the ground floor and are the first door on the right as you come in.

From the railway station (Sta Lucia):

Turn right when you come out of the railway station, go to the right direction and walk straight on until you cross a large glass bridge called 'Ponte della Constituzione.' When you cross the bridge, turn left where you will see 'Hotel Sta Chiara.'
