All rooms, double, single, twin, triple and quadruple, mixed dorm, Female and Male Dorm have private en-suite bathroom facilities in the room. In addition the bathroom contains a hair dryer, soft cotton towels and complementary bathroom accessories including shampoo, soap. The TV is LCD Plasma Satellite TV channels, included also computer sharing and internet Wi-Fi connection free.

By walk:
From the train station (S.M. Novella), walk outside on your left. You will see McDonalds restaurant. Walk around the right side and up that street (which is Via Largo Frattelli Alinari). It turns into Via Nazionale. Keep on this street as it turns into Via Di S. Caterina D' Alessandria (momentarily) before the big intersection of Spartaco Lavagnini. Cross Spartaco Lavagnini as it hooks slightly left. This is now Agnolo Poliziano. Almost immediately on your left is us, #9. Big wooden doors and brass nameplate Residenza Betta. You'll find it seems more complicated than it is, and it's only a 5 minute walk.

By Car From Santa Maria Novella Railway Station

Set out east and turn right at Piazza Della Stazione. Continue on this street until you can take a left onto Piazza dell’Unita Italiana and then take a slight left to re-join Piazza Della Stazione. Continue onto Via Valfonda which will turn slightly right and become Viale Filippo Strozzi.

Take a right at Via 20 Settembre, a further right at Via Fratelli Ruffini and then finally continue on Via Agnolo Poliziano. We are at number 9, and look forward to greeting you upon your arrival!
