From S.M. Novella train station:
When you get to Florence, look for the signals. You will find yourself on the Viali (a long internal ring round the inner town, starting from the Arno River and going back to it).
Go in to the traffic restricted area leading to S.M. Novella train station Square (Piazza). You will find the train station on your left, go ahead following the traffic stream, and pass the S.M. Novella train station keeping it on your left, until you will get to a traffic light where you can see Via della Scala.
