At Art Academy the rooms are all very tastefully furnished, spacious and bright with marvellous views overlooking this enchanting city.   Breakfast is served in our breakfast room or on our ivy-draped terrace where one can sit and relax after an exhausting day exploring this historical city where the irresitible seducer Casanova and Marco Polo walked its very 'calle'.

Wichtige Hinweise

The check in is available from 12.00 until 16.00 - If you need a later check in or are meant to arrive later in the night, you have to arrange it with the property. Please inform them about your arrival time.   If cancelled 5 days before arrival is free of charge, otherwise the first night will be charged as penalty. For 'no shows' the property will charge the full amount.

Arriving in Venice from &quot,Marco Polo Airport&quot,:

Marco Polo airport is at Tessera on the mainland. You can choose to take a water taxi from the airport to the vicinity of our B&amp,B (about 25 minutes) or the public bus line n.5 (every 30 minutes) to Piazzale Roma (last stop - about 20 minutes) and then the vaporetto line n. 82, n.1 or N and get off at the &quot,Accademia&quot, stop (about 25 minutes), and in a few minutes walk you will find us waiting to welcome you at the B&amp,B.

Arriving in Venice by train:

Venice Railway Station is about 1km from our place and at the end of the Canal Grande. You can reach us with a vaporetto (line n. 82, n.1 or N)(you may have to pay for the luggage too, depending on the size). The stop is &quot,Accademia&quot, (about 20 minutes).

By plane from &quot,Trweviso Airport&quot,:

Eurobus service/BASIQ-AIR Treviso Airport - Mestre-Venezia Every day fast connection, by freeway, from/to S. Angelo Airport of Treviso with Mestre Railway and Venice (Piazzale Roma). The service is in connections with the departures and the arrivals of the BASIQ-AIR flights.

Arriving in Venice by car:

If you arrive by car we suggest you to park your car in Piazzale Roma, where the main garages are, in some of them you can even reserve. Once you have parked your car take the vaporetto line n. 82 and get off at the &quot,Accademia&quot, stop (about 25 minutes).
