Rooms are very bright and on 4 floors (no lift), but we just opened three new rooms on the ground floor (only 5 steps) for people who have some problems in moving upstairs (these three rooms have ensuite bathrooms). They are all very well equipped and guests can choose between rooms with bathroom ensuite (with hairdryer), and rooms with a shared floor bathroom (cheaper).   Every room has TV (we are also buying a new satellite), air-conditioning/heating, telephone (with the possibility to call outside), alarm service, amenities, wireless internet, balcony with flowers on request (view on a typical Venetian Calle).   Cost for Wi-Fi is 5,00 euro per one hour.

Plane 1 :from the Airport &quot,Marco Polo&quot, Waterbus Blue Line &quot,Alilaguna&quot, leaves every hour to stop Ferrovia (15 min. trip, ticket 10 Euro ppers.) or Private Waterbus Taxi, Price about 80 euro,

From Treviso Airport &quot,San Giuseppe&quot, get the direct bus to Piazzale Roma Venice Terminal (1-hour trip, ticket 4 Euro ppers), then get Waterbus n. 1 or 82 (by Nightline &quot,N&quot,) and get off at &quot,Ferrovia&quot,
