This stunning apartment is located in one of the liveliest streets of Venice, Strada Nuova, full of nice shops and restaurants, close to the Ghetto area, the Casino and walking distance from the historical centre. With traditional Venetian-style furniture, it's big and bright with an amazing view over the Cannaregio area from the two bedrooms, close to the water bus stop on the beautiful Canal Grande. This beautiful place is on the second floor of a 13th Century building, and is comprised of a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for six people, a large living room with a double sofa-bed and armchairs, one double bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second smaller room, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Wichtige Hinweise

If cancelled 3 days before arrival is free of charge, otherwise the full amout will be charged, as well as for 'no shows'.   The check-in must be done at the central reception, in Rio Terà dei Pensieri 328. The reception is open from 9 am to 7 pm.

Directions to reach our offices:

From Piazzale Roma (bus station):

When you are on the 'Piazzale Roma' square, head for Hotel Sta. Chiara. You should see a yellow signboard by the Hotel saying 'S:Rocco –Frari Rialto.' Walk in the direction indicated by the sign, turn right ,and cross a small bridge, Ponte Tre Ponti, which will lead you to Cà Bernardo o Fondamenta di Tre Ponti. Walk on for about 50 meters. Turn right at 'Rio Terà dei Pensieri' and our office is on the left side of the street, building number 328. Press the doorbell 'Edis Real' for entry. Our office is on the ground floor, first door on the right.

From the railway station (Sta Lucia):

When you come out of the railway station, turn right and head straight ahead. Cross a large glass bridge called 'Ponte della Constituzione' and turn left where you will see 'Hotel Sta Chiara,' head towards that and look for a yellow signboard by the Hotel saying 'S:Rocco –Frari Rialto.'
