MORE THAN JUST A ROOM !   Welcome to what will be your “home” during your stay in Venice.   Our accommodation, completely restored in 2008, is situated in a quiet area, but is within easy reach to all important routes and means of transport toward and from the old town centre and to other beautiful Northeastern art cities.   Coming from Venice (Piazzale Roma) you’ll find us at the 1st bus stop in Mestre (buses n. 2, 4, 7), Very close to Venezia-Mestre train station, and only 10 mins walk from centre of Mestre where you can find all you need to spend a relaxing evening : restaurants, teathres, cinemas etc. We have only very large suites (50/60mq) Each one of them has 1 or 2 rooms, spacious living room and ensuite bathroom and is fitted with all comforts: TV color 27"", AC, minibar, safe, hair drier, warming towels, espresso coffee maker.   The suites are independents. How to find us:

Coming from Venice historic centre, we are at the first bus stop of Mestre of several bus lines (n.2, 4, 7, the bus stop are in the range of 100 m), near to railway station Venice-Mestre (500 m), easily connected to highway and about 10 minutes walk from the pretty historic centre of Mestre, where you can spend pleasant evening, resting you from the works of the day in his numerous places, restaurants, cinema, theaters etc.


By car:
On the highway A4, exit at the toll station Venezia- Mestre, keep to the right and no climb on the by-pass, arrive at the turning bay Marghera, leave the first two interchanges on the rights and take the third interchange in uphill, keep to the right and take direction PORTO. Once you have taken this road, keep to the left and, at the traffic lights turn to the left (Mestre), at the second traffic lights turn to the left and at the bottom of the downhill at the traffic lights turn to the right. You are in Via Cappuccina. After some meter, take the second to the right (Via Gozzi) which crosses Via ALEARDI.

By train:
Get off at the station Venezia-Mestre. Exit from the station, keep to the right and at the bottom of the street, at the traffic lights, and turn to the left. You are in Via Cappuccina. After some meter, take the second right (via Gozzi) which crosses via ALEARDI. From the airport:

Bus n.15, every 30 minutes: ( bus stop in the railway station – the journey will last 30 minutes, Euro 1 per person)ATVO offers a bus service from the airport Marco Polo of Venice and S.Angelo of Treviso to railway station of Venice Mestre, the journey will last 30 minutes, Euro 3,50 per person.

By Taxi
Taxi service: (15/20 minutes, Euro 25,00 / 35,00 ab., single journey).
