We are pleased to offer a wide range of fully furnished apartments located close to the city centre. The apartments have good sized double bedrooms with ensuite shower room, open plan kitchen and living room.   Our apartments are nicely decorated with first quality materials. They are all functional, convenient and easy to clean. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for the total cost of Euro 25 per person.   Check in point Via della Vigna Nuova 9 from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. For arrival out of office hours or during the weekend please contact us before you arriva day. Late check in fee (later than 5pm) is Euro 30,00. Mandatory fees to be paid at the arrival: Energy surcharge Euro 5 per person per day, Hotel resort fee Euro 10 per person per day, Final cleaning Euro 50.

Check-in should occur between 10:00 and 17:00 at the above address.

Walking from the railway station will only take you 10 minutes.

Out of Santa Maria Novella Station please take the underground tunnel that you will find on your left at the end of the platform. Walk till the end of the tunnel that will lead you to Santa Maria Novella square. Left of the square you will walk on Via delle belle Donne. At the end of Belle Donne street please make a left and immediately a right into via della Vigna Nuova. The street number is 9 in black color.
