La Buganvillea is a three roomed apartment, 90 m2 which sleeps up to four people. It is composed of a living room which has access to the panoramic terrace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, one room with 2 single beds and two bathrooms with a shower.   An Extra bed or cradle can also be added at customers' request.   Other facilities include color TV, an oven, a washing machine, a four-ring stove and a hotplate.

If cancelled 43 days before arrival is free of charge. If cancelled between 42 and 28 days before arrival, the 35% will be charged If cancelled between 27 and 21 days before arrival, the 40% will be charged If cancelled between 21 and 14 days before arrival, the 50% will be charged If cancelled between 14 and 5 days before arrival, the 70% will be charged If cancelled 4 days before arrival and in case of no shows the full amount will be charged.
