If cancelled 7 days before arrival is free of charge.   If cancelled between 6 and 3 days before arrival the 30% will be charged.   If cancelled 3 days before arrival the first night will be charged.   For 'no shows' the whole amount will be charged.

From railway Station:
From railway station of Milano Centrale the best way to reach the loft is to take the taxi. It takes 15 minutes to 20 minutes

By car
Take motorway A1 when you reach San Donato continues on motorway A51.
Turn left following for SP 103. Take Viale Lunigiana, continues in Viale Marche and than in Viale Edoardo Genner.
Turn right in Piazzale Costantino Nigra and Via degli Imbriani until you arrive in Piazza Giovanni Bausan, take the 2° gate.
Now take Via Privata Giovanni Durando and turn right in Via Privata Simone Schiaffino.
It takes about 25 minutes.
