Billy and Breda Noonan, joint managers of this 96 bedded hostel, make every effort to ensure your visit to their home city is one to remember. There is 24 access to the hostel, and staff are always willing to give you tips on what’s hot for the Cork, European City of Culture 2005 festival , and what activities best suit its guests, whether you’re an individual traveler or student, group tour or family, there’s something for everybody in this spacious Victorian hostel. So if you’re looking to have a great time in Cork, and want to meet people in a fun and friendly environment, then look into staying at this friendly, cheap, comfortable and clean hostel.   The hostel is part of the An Óige/Hostelling International chain, so if you’re a member of this organization, as well as receiving a 2.00 Euro discount per night on production of a valid membership card, you can receive many in Cork, including the following:   •Cork city goal •Blarney Castle •West Cork model railway •Old Midleton Distillery, Cobh •The Queenstown Story •Millstreet Country Park •Riverstown House •Fota House and Gardens •Great outdoors clothing   Please note: We do not accept bookings for more then 10 people. Wegbeschreibung

Cork is served by excellent bus &amp, rail connections and has its own international airport Ferries also operate to the UK and France.
Bus: Take the number 8 bus from the bus station. Ask the bus driver to inform you when on Western Road.
Driving directions from Cork City to Cork International Hostel, 1 &amp, 2 Redclyffe, Western Rd, Cork City

•Enter Cork City
•Turn left onto St Patrick’s St (N22)
•Turn left then right onto Washington St
•Keep going straight onto Western Rd until you see the Main UCC (University College Cork) gates. Take the right turn as you are facing the gates and the next left to the car park at the back of the Hostel. The Hostel is a big red bricked building. Please note there is limited car parking space at our hostel but there is other parking near the hostel.
