Scotland is known the world over for its hospitality and at our family run residence this welcoming atmosphere is echoed throughout.   We are conveniently located in the Southside of Edinburgh within reasonable walking distance of the historic Old Town, the Museum of Scotland, the Scottish Parliament Buildings, numerous galleries and many more places of interest.   The area is well served by a bus service and, with secure parking at both the front and rear of the house, you can leave your car and enjoy a stress free day in the city, sightseeing or shopping, and in the evening perhaps take in a show. During the world famous Edinburgh International Festival held in August and September many of the venues are virtually our doorstep.
