There are seven apartments in total with the top floor being taken exclusively by the extra large penthouse. All seven apartments have a balcony except the penthouse that also has a ten metre square roof terrace complete with outdoor furniture. There is also a separate communal roof terrace that can be enjoyed by all guests staying in the Bloom building
