Welcome to Corfu Backpackers Inn hostel.
Prices include cooked breakfast until 11 am and 3 course homemade Greek dinner. Vegetarian cuisine is also available. Free pick up when you arrive. Just let us know your arriving details.
We are on a beach front location.
Located right on the sandy beach of Agios Gordios, our hostel is affiliated and part of The Pink Palace Resort/ 2 star hotel &amp, hosteland operates from the Pink Palace reception. Our guests check in from the Pink Palace reception.
Our guests if they wish they can enjoy all the Pink Palace resort's facilities and amenities. We are located next to some of Corfu's most spectacular scenery, and our hostel enjoys breathtaking views across the turquoise blue waters of the Ionian Sea. And with the unrivalled sunsets, staying here is a unique experience not to be missed by any traveler, whether you are an independent traveler, a couple, a group, or a family.

Rooms:

Room sizes range from single, double, triple, quad or 5 persons and some dorm rooms. MOst rooms with private bathrooms and balconies over looking the sea. Most rooms are air conditioned.
We welcome you to stay in our family &amp, backpackers run, charming, safe and tidy place, which many travelers call a 'home away from home', where you are able to stop for a while and relax, read a book while soaking up sunshine on the beach or soak in the pool. Get involved in the exciting activities we offer and meet people from all corners of the globe. Whether you come with friends, or by yourself, you are guaranteed to leave with new friends from all walks of life.

Whether you choose to party in our bar, relax on our massive sundeck or chill out on the beach watching the waves and sunset there is plenty of nightlife and action to suit all tastes. We invite you to join one of our boat trips, where you can go snorkeling, fishing, cliff diving, scuba diving, or take our kayak safari tour and explore secluded beaches along the coast.

Have an adventurous day by quad bike or take one of our island tours, explore the rest of Corfu Island and discover its mysteries. Walk to nearby villages and experience the local Greek culture, traditional home made food, local produced wine and learn our history.
We also have a book exchange, laundry services, internet access, a post office, and bus trips to Athens. In addition come and see us about daily adventure tours and activities.

Wegbeschreibung

The hostel is situated fifteen minutes from Corfu Town on the west side of the Island on Agios Gordios beach. We are affiliated and part of the Pink Palace hotel/ hostel and our hostel operates from the Pink palace reception. We offer free pick-up on arrival at the port or the airport and from Corfu bus station, so let us know when you expect to arrive, and someone will be there to meet you. If you come by boat, there is always someone there from the Pink palace hostel, so look for the pink Palace and Corfu Backpackers representative or the Pink palace bus at the port, if you do not see anyone please call us. Leaves Athens: 9PM Arrives Corfu Backpackers and the Pink Palace: 6AM

The price is 55 euros per person and that includes
1st night accommodation at the Pink Palace, breakfast and dinner the day of your arrival and the ferry ticket for the boat between Mainland and Corfu. (15 July to 15 Aug 65 euros)

Ferries to Corfu (From Italy, Mainland Greece)
Ferries run from all Italian ports Venice, Ancona, Bari and Brindizi all year round and accept eurail /interail. If there is no direct ferry coming to Corfu please take any ferry that goes to Igoumenitsa (Mainland of Greece) and from there than you take the 1 hour ferry ride to Corfu. Local ferries run every hour. Price 6.50 euros.

Ferries from Brindisi to Corfu from February 2007 onwards
my way lines run daily to Igoumenitsa. Departs at 7 pm

Ferries from Bari to Igoumenitsa: Superfast and Blue Star ferries. Every night at 20:00 ( eurail + interail accepted) goes to Igoumenitsa. Cheapest option Agoudimos lines which also accepts eurail/ interail . Price 15 euros. Departs at 5 pm.

From Ancona daily at 13:30 in the afternoon to Igoumenitsa ( eurail + interail accepted)

From Venice daily at 14:00 in the afternoon.
To Corfu and Igoumenitsa the mailand of Greece is just 1 hour ferry ride way by local ferry. Minoan lines. gr Minoan lines are totally free with Eurail and Interail.

Public Bus from Athens
Public Bus from Athens Kiffissos Bus Station every morning at 7 am , and 9 am and night at 20:00 directly to Corfu. Ticket price 35 euros.
Ferry from Patras every night at 22:00 Minoan lines accepts eurail/ interail

Free Pick Up
We give everyone a free pick up when they arrive. Please email me. We meet all the ferries coming in until noon. When you get off the boat look for the Pink Palace bus (a small grey Mercedes bus or for our representatives (Me, Magda) holding a pink palace sign. If you come from the airport please call me when you arrive to the airport or email me to let me know your arrival time.

Directions
