Vanira Lodge is located on Tahiti's peninsular, close to the well known Teahupoo surf spot, a headland juts out between the sea and the mountains as though it were a huge ship sailing the ocean's waves. Vanira means vanilla in Tahitian. Vanilla, as in the sweetness, harmony and tranquility you'll find during your stay in Vanira Lodge.

Four bungalows have their own private kitchen and bathroom and can sleep 1 to 4 persons.
One bungalow is for two persons only without kitchen but with private bathroom

Close by : tramping, diving, horse riding, surf, wake board, fishing, whales watching
Ideal spot to tour Tahiti Island. Airport and Papeete are located at 1 hour.

70 km south from Papeete and airport on west cost. At the entrance of Teahupoo's village. 1(km after Taravao.

• Public bus: No buses during week end. Line 1, 2 or 10, from 6.30 to 16.30, 400 Fcfp (4 €) one way.

• Rent a car: with Avis you can leave the car at Taravao (15 Km from Vanira Lodge) it costs 5 500 Fcfp (46 €), location per day from 9 600 Fcfp (81 €).
