Wegbeschreibung
You’ll find our Paris Hostel in this vibrant and rejuvenated neighbourhood of Paris – the 19th District.St Christopher's Inn and Belushi's
159 rue de Crimée
75019
Paris
The district is a former industrial area and now it’s a hotspot for great nights out and romance along the scenic canals – as featured in the film Amélie. You’ll find us next to the Bassin de la Villette – which connects the River Seine to the famous Canal St-Martin.
There are three underground Metro lines nearby which hook up to all the over ground trains:
The closest Metro station to the hostel is Crimée on Line 7. From Crimée station, take exit no. 3. When you come up the stairs cross over the main road that is behind you (Avenue de Flandre). Once across the road walk straight down Rue de Crimée (the street straight in front of you) for about 150 meters and you will find us in the brand new building beside the canal (just before you reach the bridge). Look for the large ‘St Christopher’s Inns’ &, ‘Belushi’s’ signs.
The next closest Metro station is Laumière on Line 5. From Laumière station take exit no. 1 and as you come up the stairs continue to walk straight down Avenue Jean Jaurès for about 250 metres and then turn left onto Rue de Crimée (look for the sign saying “Bassin de la Villette”). Follow Rue de Crimée for about 200 meters and you will find us in the brand new building beside the canal (just after you cross the bridge). Look for the large ‘St Christopher’s Inns’ &, ‘Belushi’s’ signs.
Also nearby is Jaurès station on Metro Lines 2, 5 and 7bis. It’s a longer walk but it is very scenic. From the station walk towards the square about 50 meters north of the station exit. From the square look over the fountain and you can see the large canal (called the Bassin de la Villette). Once at the canal walk along the left bank for 10 or so minutes. We are in the large building at the far end of the Bassin (the one on the left). Our entry is on the opposite side of this building. Look for the large ‘St Christopher’s Inns’ &, ‘Belushi’s’ signs.
