Private Studios: They are fully furnished with own kitchen and bathroom. They are modern and easy to maintain with stylish wooden floors, TV, sofa, wardrobes table and chairs. Fresh linen is provided. (Price excludes power which is approx £1.50 per day).   Private Rooms: Our private rooms have wardrobes, table and chairs and FREE internet. Fresh linen is also provided. There are modern kitchen facilities and 4 to 6 bathrooms within the house for your convenience. You will meet some great friendly people from all over the world. (En-suite rooms may exclude power which is approx £1.50 per day).   Dorm Rooms: Hostel type dorm rooms in our lovely modern hostel. Rooms have wooden floors, security lockers, A/C, TV etc,. There are modern kitchen facilities and bathrooms with 24hr hot water within the house for your convenience. Fresh linen is provided. If you are just getting started in London, this is also a great opportunity to meet new friends and save money!   Please note: MINIMUM 7 NIGHT BOOKINGS.   Checking in 10.45am – 5.45pm Please call us from the ""Willesden Green"" tube station for your FREE pick up.     Late Arrivals Pre arranged or if you are delayed and arrive after 5.45pm, we will email your address and details of how to check in. (£25 charge Studios & Rooms / £15 dorm bookings) If you know you will be arriving late please let us know.   Meet at the property Phone the office on the day of your arrival for your property address.   Payment Total monies will need to be paid in advance at check in. Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards are accepted for payments £250 or over (5% fee), all money less than this amount can be paid in cash or bankers draft.   Additional booking information   Amendments Any changes to booking must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. These are subject to availability & incur a £25 charge.   Reservation Fee All short term bookings are subject to a £5 per person reservation fee.   Electricity For studios and Ensuite rooms only, an additional £1.50 per day will have to be paid for in advance.   Sunday Fee Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee for studios and rooms, £15 for dorm bookings. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm on Sundays.   Deposit/Bond All guests will be required to provide the following upon arrival: Credit card security bond, plus sign and agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not have a credit/debit card, then we will accept a cash deposit: £50 studios & rooms, and £25 for hostel dorms. (refundable)   Monday – Friday 8am-9pm. Saturday – Sunday 9am – 5pm

We are very close to Kilburn Tube Station, on the Jubilee Line.
We offer a free pick up from Kilburn or Willesden Green underground station during our office hours 7 days a week.
