In the ground floor there is the master bedroom with a big double bed, big wardrobe and bathroom with shower. Also on this floor is the spacious and modern living room with a double sofa bed and the open kitchen equipped with all you will need during your stay.   The decoration is functional and modern, you will enjoy the comfy atmosphere and the natural light of the apartment.

CASH PAYMENT at the Check-in Time Check-in is usually at 3 pm. Early check-in will depend on whether the apartment is empty on the day of your arrival. Please note that 25 euro will be charged for arrivals following 21:00 (late check in fee). Check out time at 11 am. Please contact us after booking in order to organize your check in.

From Piazzale Roma you take Vaporetto nr. 1 and go to San Basilio. From here you have to walk down the Fondamenta San Sebastian until the end then turn right through the “Fondamenta del Soccorso” and take the first bridge on your left, then turn right and the first street on your right is Calle dei Guardiani.
