Apartment OTA Rialto III in Venice

This lovely and bright apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful ancient palazzo in the heart of Venice. Able to sleep up to four people, it is air conditioned throughout and has a tastefully decorated and refurbished bedroom with comfy bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining/living room with a comfortable sofa bed.   The apartment also has a smaller second bedroom with single bed.

Wichtige Hinweise

If cancelled 3 days before arrival is free of charge, otherwise the full amout will be charged, as well as for 'no shows'.   The check-in must be done at the central reception, in Rio Terà dei Pensieri 328.   The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 20 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro).

Follow the instructions how to get to our local office:

From Piazzale Roma (bus station)

When you are on the “Piazzale Roma” square, look for Hotel Sta. Chiara and a yellow signboard saying 'S:Rocco –Frari Rialto.' Walk past this sign, turn right and walk over a small bridge called Ponte Tre Ponti which will lead you on to Cà Bernardo o Fondamenta di Tre Ponti. Walk on for about 50 meters and turn down the first street on the right-hand side whichis called 'Rio Terà dei Pensieri.' Keep going down the street and our office will be on your left-hand side. We are number 328., doorbell 'Edis Real.' When you enter the building we are the first door on the right on the ground floor.


From the railway station ( Sta Lucia)
Coming out of the railway station, turn right and walk straight ahead and walk across a large glass bridge called 'Ponte della Constituzione.' Turn left and look for a sign for 'Hotel Sta Chiara' , look for a yellow signboard” ”S:Rocco –Frari Rialto “,walk through to that direction and turn right, cross the small bridge “Ponte Tre Ponti,walk at about 40 meters, the first street on the right is ““ Rio Terà dei Pensieri ”, our office is at the left side of the street look for building number 328., doorbell “Edis Real”, ground floor ,first door on the right.
