*** New *** Wi-Fi zone ***   Our colonial styled Hostal Doña Esther is located in the center of Otavalo, very near to the famous Saturday Market. The hotel has 12 comfortable, rustic decorated rooms and 1 rooftop penthouse - all with private bathroom - all looking out on the lovely inner garden. Our local staff offers an excellent service and you will certainly feel at home.   Our well known restaurant Árbol de Montalvo offers a variety of good meats, fish and vegetarian dishes based on the Mediterranean kitchen, with a personal Ecuadorian touch. We also serve a delicious pizza, made in a wood burning oven that also warms the restaurant. We prepare our dishes with organic vegetables and use safe bottled water.   Please note that an Ecuadorian ""Hostal"" is not necessarily like a ""hostel"". Ours is more like a family run hotel.   Do you have children under 10 years old? They stay for free if sleeping in their parent’s room, contact us for more information.

From the bus station you easily take a taxi for $ 1,00 to our hotel on Juan Montalvo 4-44 y Bolívar. Alternatively, take the bus that says &quot,centro&quot, and get out at the Copacabana market, (7 blocks) go right in Juan Montalvo street and walk 1,5 block to find us on your right side.
