More than a trip, it’s a cultural experience...   We are René & Carolina engineer and professor owners of La Nona bed & breakfast a small family company and try to be that little bit more friendly (and economical!) than the big hostels.   We open the doors of our own home to you because we are ready and willing to give and share what is ours. You will find that we not only know touristy places of interest, but also the little streets impregnated with smells and emotions. We know “Real Life”.   We love that we do and are happy to help make your experience unforgettable. Our passion is travel and metting people from all over the globe.   The best way to experience a foreign place is with the locals, and that’s what makes us different than other hostels. We will share our home with you because we do not see you as a tourist, we see you as a traveller, a friend who wants to see and learn how we live life day to day because this is a place where life becomes in poetry.   We are always happy to invite you into our lives or give you the privacy that you requires.   Valparaíso at Night The port is home to almost any conceivable music style. Here you will find something for all ages and tastes. Rock, Salsa, Merengue, Cuban rhythms, National and Latin American folklore, eighties music, Bolero, Tango and Chilean popular music, among many others, coexist in a live scene thriving with emerging bands, seasoned musicians, and songwriters.   A city grooming itself. A bohemian own like no other, Valparaiso´s nightlife radiates incomparable charm and magic. If you are in the Bus Station (Terminal de Buses), you must take the green bus &quot,O&quot, going right on Av. Argentina (1 block from bus station). Ask the driver to drop you at the &quot,Plazuela San Luis&quot, (20 minutes). Enjoy the panoramic views of the city from the right hand side of the bus. From the Plazuela walk one block down Almirante Montt then turn right. We are on the right nº660.
• Alternatively, get a taxi (much quicker) to the &quot,Iglesia San Luis&quot, (approx. 4.000 pesos).
