Plus Villages welcomes you to plus camping Michelangelo.   The Campsite in Florence with the best views! In addition, Camping Michelangelo overlooks the beautiful city of Florence and the Arno River.   Plus Camping Michelangelo has all the facilities a backpacker could want in Florence including laundry, internet point, supermarket, cash point, 24 hour security, luggage storage and more with a terrific terrace bar with big screen TV, pizzeria, restaurant.   Car parking is available at 6.20 Euros per night. Please note that your parking space may not be near to your tent.   It is a campsite with a difference- there is no curfew, no cramped rooms, nightly entertainment and the most sensational views.   Checkout is by 1pm. Check-in is from 1pm   Cancellations must be done at least 24hrs before check in to avoid being charged for your first night’s stay.   Plus pride ourselves in providing clean, comfortable and safe accommodation throughout Italy. By Bus or By Train:

If you come by train at the main station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) take the bus number 12 in direction 'Piazzale Michelangelo' and get off at the bus stop called &quot,Camping&quot,. Please remember to buy the ticket before getting on the bus (€ 1.20) and to validate it!

If you come at the Campo di Marte station, then take bus number 13 and get off as well at the bus stop called &quot,Camping&quot,.

If you arrive at the Rifredi station, then take the shuttle to the main station &quot,Santa Maria Novella&quot, and follow the directions already mentioned.

By Car:

The easiest way to find us is to leave the Autostrada A1 (highway) at Firenze Certosa and keep on going for 10 minutes in direction 'centro' (centre) of Florence. Before entering into the historical centre of Florence, follow the indications towards 'Piazzale Michelangelo'. We are 50m after the Piazzale on your left hand side.
