When arriving at the airport of Sofia (the capital of the Republic of Bulgaria) or at Plovdiv airport, a bus will bring you to the terminal.
The Immigration Services will direct you to the passport check booths. The procedure is standard.
After receiving your luggage you pass CUSTOMS, and proceed to the EXIT.
If you have reserved in advance a transport from the airport to the hotel, our representative will wait for you with a welcoming board indicating your name on it.
