Carnaval bookings require a 50% additional deposit to be confirmed, made directly to Open House. Call us.     RESERVATION POLICY Cancellations will be refunded at 75% only if made with 30 days prior to arrival, and when not involving packages as New Year, Carnaval, or Aparts. Credit card acceptance depends on Paypal transaction approval, when cannot be completed payments must be made in cash. A minimum stay of two nights is required to accept room bookings, and four for aparts.

Wichtige Hinweise

Bookings including any dates between Feb 11 - 17/2010 will be charged as a full carnival season (six days at special rate and one day at regular rate) even if the booking has less days. See our Carnival Warning above.   - Cancellation Policy Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, except from New year, Carnival and Aparts periods. Deposits paid are non refundable.
