The colonial style pousada is located in the heart of Pelourinho, in front of the poet Jorge Amado museum, right next to the ‘Filhos de Gandhi’ (carnaval organization), and 15 meters away from another famous carnaval group, Olodum. There are huge beautiful houses in the historical center, which offer our customers and friends a very warm family environment. It is ideally located 8 minutes by bus from the most dazzling beaches in Salvador, or have the best carnaval experience in the city. Our fully equipped rooms accommodate up to 8 people.   For your convenience, we have agreement with a travel agency that makes reservations for domestic and international flights through all airlines, and/or car rental, and exchange of foreign currencies. The travel agency also offers several tours of the area.   CARNIVAL 2010 - Beginning: 11/02/10 Ending: 17/02/10 Reservations are sold as a package with: a minimum of 7 nights. For a confirmed reservation a prepayment of 50% is required less any payments made to HostelBookers. The prepayment is to be sent by Western Union and when received a confirmation email will be sent to you. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Cross the pedestrian footbridge from the Bus Station to Iguatemi Shopping Center and take the Executive (executivo) bus to Praça da Sé at the bus stop outside the shopping center. Get off at the last bus stop (Praça da Sé). Take a right on Rua Chile and go 3 blocks to the end of the street to Praça da Se. Cross this square and enter into Terreiro de Jesus. Cross Terreiro de Jesus square to the restaurant Cantina de Lua. Take the street next to the restaurant, Portas ds Carmo, and continue down the street until it opens up onto the Largo de Pelourinho just after the museum, Casa de Jorge Amado. Take a sharp right in front of the Casa de Jorge Amado and walk across the Largo to the hostel.
The hostel is located upstairs next door to the travel agency Bahia Ticket.

From the Airport:
Take the Airport-Praça da Sé, executive (executivo) bus, to Praça da Sé at the bus stop outside of the Airport. Get off at the last bus stop (Praça da Sé) and follow the directions above.
