We’ll give you the best information on things to do in our city, and won’t hesitate answering any of your questions.   The reception desk, with trilingual receptionists, is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests have 24-hour access through the night gate. Upon check-in you’ll receive an identification card that grants you access anytime during the day or night. Security guards are on duty 24-hours.   Our carnival package starts at the 11th through the 17th and every body need to book a minimum of 6 night starting at the 11th.   PLEASE NOTE: Carnival 10 Note: Please note during the Carnival Feb 11th 2010 to 16th Feb 2010 A minimum of six nights must be booked from and including the 16th. To secure reservations in respect of these Special Periods, we would require a full advance payment for the package. In the event of total or partial cancelations there will be no refunds of, or deductions applied to, these advance payments. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS - Instructions on how to make down payments will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive a booking request. Local transfers shall be made through direct bank deposit. International transfers shall be made through PayPal. Expenses with deposits and transfers shall be borne by sender alone and are not refundable or deductible from de total amount to be transferred to secure bookings.

From the central bus station
Take the bus: R3-Vale dos Rios-STIEP and get off at Praia do Porto da Barra or go through the walking bridge to Iguatemi shopping center and take the executive bus Campo Grande/Praça da Sé and get off at praia do Porto da Barra.

A taxi from the airport costs around 120$R.
