Peace Village in Ypres

This is the place to be if you like an active holiday, to learn more about WOI, for a reunion with your organisation or family, or just to relax and enjoy the countryside.   As a 'Peace Centre' it also wants to offer accommodation for youngsters from conflict areas in Europe and beyond, come to Messines in the framework of peace-education and conflict resolution.

Wichtige Hinweise

If cancelled 7 days before arrival is free of charge.   If cancelled between 6 and 3 days before arrival, the 50% will be charged.   From 3 days before cancellations ad for ""no shows"", 100% will be charged.

Coming from Gent :
Driving on the E17 Kortrijk, take the A19 Direction Ieper, the N58 Wervik-Waasten and exit at Mesen

Coming from Calais :
Driving on the A16 Duinkerke, take the A25 Lille, then follow for Poperinge, Ieper ad finally Mesen

Brussels Airport is about 1 hour drive from Ypres, and you can easly get a train connection to the town.
