Moana Lodge is ideal if you're looking for a great place to rest and relax or keen to visit the vibrant Capital City. The commuter train goes straight into the stadium for all the big sports events. Locally there are walks, swimming, sailing, kayaking, cycling, fishing, golf and diving. It's a short stroll along the beach front to great cafes, the boating club bistro and bar, village shops, the commuter railway station and it's just 8 kms drive to our new Lighthouse cinema.   If you're looking for affordable comfort and want a break away from the madding crowds this could be the place for you. With fully made up beds, unbeatable views, a warm ambiance, cosy winter fire and many homely touches, this self catering accommodation is hard to beat. If you have a car, van or bike there is plenty of parking. The commuter train runs regularly to Plimmerton till late and the Intercity Bus request stop is at Mana. Wegbeschreibung

From the South drive from Wellington on SH1 for 25 kms. Pass a BP station then pass a Shell petrol Station. Take the next turn to the left into Steyne Avenue. Go over the railway line and follow the beach road for 1.3kms through Plimmerton Village and around the coast until you come to us at no 49.
From the North 3kms after Pukerua Bay on SH1 you will see a sign saying &quot,Plimmerton Industrial Estate.&quot, DON'T turn right there.
Go around the roundabout and straight ahead. Drive 100m to the first set of traffic lights. Go through these lights but get into the middle of the road because within 100 metres there is a second set of traffic lights. Turn right at these lights into Steyne Avenue , go over the railway crossing and follow instructions as above.
