LivingSpace is equipped with an exceptional security system including several cameras and swipe card access to the front door after hours. Your swipe card will give you access to every internal door, right down to your bedroom.   The entire building and every room is centrally heated with adjustable heaters in every room. We have secure internal parking available upon request for $3.50 per day. We have a complimentary secure luggage storage service. We have full charge back facilities with several local restaurants and cafes to give you a convenient choice for where you eat.   Continental Breakfast is available for $9.00 delivered to your room with a choice of cereals, toast, yoghurt and juice.

Invercargill is the southern most city of New Zealand. From Dunedin, State Highway 1 is an easy drive south to Invercargill or you may wish to come via the scenic Catlins area, increasingly popular tourist destinations but as yet largely off the main tourist routes.

Driving from the Southern Lakes area of Queenstown and Te Anau is also spectacular.

Invercargill airport is a 5 minute taxi ride to LivingSpace Invercargill.

LivingSpace Invercargill is located on Tay Street, one of the main streets in Invercargill and a main route into the city.
