Canberra’s premium location –Kingston, at a budget price. A family operated guesthouse with an excellent continental breakfast. Caters mostly for budget minded domestic and international tourists and promotes a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Longer stays are also common for people on business or in Canberra for study or research.   Rooms are comfortable and clean with heating and fans, and all linen is provided. Bathroom and toilet amenities are shared (down the hallway).   Facilities include guest laundry, ISD phone, Bike Hire, TV room, Internet access, high speed wireless internet, free tea/coffee, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and outside cooking in the garden area. We are a totally non-smoking establishment. Free off-street parking is available. Rooms include single, double, twin, triple and one family combination.   The quietness of a suburban street makes for a relaxed stay with the convenience of a great location.   Strict no party policy. Close to pubs etc.   Cancellation Policy - All reservations require deposit or credit card number to guarantee a booking. -24 hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations can only be made up till 9 pm the day prior to arrival. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for 1 night. - Cancellation prior to 24 hours of arrival - no accommodation charge. NB: a non-refundable deposit and booking fee is charged for each booking. - Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival - loss of deposit and/or full accommodation charge to credit card. - No show - loss of deposit or full accommodation charge. N.B: Reception closes 9.00pm.   Rooms strictly as booked. No extra person available.   Contact the Hostel under the following circumstances: - You will arrive after 9 pm - if any of your party is under 18 years of age. Children under 5 years of age are not accommodated.   Do not book if :   - If you require more than 7 nights. Contact us direct. - You wish to book 3 or more rooms. Contact us direct. NOTE: seperate policy applies if booking for groups (3 rooms or more is considered a group) Do not book on this site in this situation. Special conditions apply to booking 3 or more rooms.   Please Note we do not have 24 hour check-in. Reception opens at 7.30am and closes at 9.00 pm. Private rooms may be booked for late arrival provided you phone the day prior to make arrangements. This is only available to private rooms or in the case where a whole dormitory is booked by you. Do not make a late arrival reservation without making late check-in arrangements. Individual dormitory bookings will NOT be checked-in late out of respect for other travellers.
