This is it! Whether you're a backpacker or just coming into Sydney for a short stay, Alfred Park has all you need.   The Alfred Park Hotel is a beautifully restored heritage building built in 1848 for a whaling boat captain. Alfred Park is under new management and we really want to be at the top end of the business.No dark, damp rooms in this joint! All rooms and dorms are air conditioned too!   We are located close to Central Railway Station just opposite Prince Alfred Park, a beautiful and huge park , which has its own swimming pool , basketball courts and tennis courts. Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Centrepoint Tower and Sydney's main shopping centre are just a brisk walk away. We are also within walking distance of the Sydney Football Stadium, Sydney Cricket Ground, Centennial Park and the new Fox Studios. We are a 5 minute walk from Central Train Station and are just opposite Prince Alfred Park on Cleveland Street.

We offer free pick up from the airport, train and bus transit centre, Just call us either in advance of from the airport. Conditions apply (must stay 3 nights or more or 3 guests staying two nights or more otherwise a small fee applies). Not applicable to group bookings of 5 or more guests (please contact us regarding group booking transfers).

If our own bus is not available for your free pick up, we may direct you to another bus service. They will bring you to our front door for a fee which will be refunded to you on check-in.
