Take the subway from airport to Aksaray (the last stop) and then the tram from Aksaray to Sultanahmet. Walk down to Hagia Sophia and turn right at the traffic lights. Go to the end of the square and make a right then left. Follow the big yellow building (Four Seasons Hotel) in the end of the street and turn left. 200 meters away on the right hand side is Best Island Hostel.
