Peace Of Eden in Knysna
Run by the owners Jen and Howard and a network of motivated individuals, Peace of Eden encompasses creative and sustainable outlets for those who pass by. If you want to play, there is an audio visual workspace for artists and musicians to record, practice and collaborate on concepts, if you want to stay, there are forest Canopy Cottage Tents, Self Cater Woodcutter Chalets and a cosy Traveler's Lodge of Cabins and comfy double rooms. Influenced by its beautiful surroundings, Peace of Eden takes care to emphasize the wonder of it’s nature filled setting with features such as solar powered bush showers and a resident nature guide. Wake up to the sound of chattering monkeys and fall asleep to a symphony of frogs and crickets. Take time off to chill out at the lily pond, or partake of some healthy delights from the Vegetarian Bar and Bistro, or grab a surf board / mountain bike from the closest staff member and head off to explore the nearby forest , beach and wilderness. It’s quite possible you might even be around for one of their events, festivals, or retreats, alternatively ask for a massage or treatment in their Deep Forest Thereapy Tent.
