5.1 You must pay a deposit of 40% of the total price of the Package at the time of booking. We will not send Our confirmation invoice to the lead booking name until We have received the deposit. If We are unable to confirm Your booking We will refund the deposit to the lead booking name and shall have no further liability to You. The amendment and cancellation provisions in clause 7 below will not apply in these circumstances as no valid contract will have come into existence. 5.2 The balance of the price of the Package must be paid to Us not less than 21 days prior to commencement of the Package. 5.3 You can pay the deposit and balance of the Package by cheque or by using the “Pay Now” facility on Our website. We will e-mail You a link to this facility once You ask Us to confirm Your booking. 5.4 If We do not receive all payments due in full by the due date We are entitled to assume that You wish to cancel Your Booking and will be entitled to keep all deposits paid at that date.   For the internet banking transfer of monies from people abroad or for international transfers the customers will need the following information to pay Afreco Tours Ltd: Swift Code: ABBYGBZL IBAN: GB22 ABBY 0906 6642 5095 95 OR People can pay Afreco for the rent of the lodge through Paypal: On paypal they do not have to have an account and they can use credit cards to make payments.
